An Extranet platform for an interactive relationship between Mobility Managers, the Expats and In'Pat

An Extranet platform has been developed by In'Pat to enable expatriates to follow-up on their relocation and communicate interactively. This innovating tool can be used by the expat and his/her spouse from anywhere in the world.

The international mobility managers are now able to follow-up easily on the relocation of their expats and to take a part into it by posting a message anytime they need.

Every step of the relocation is clearly viewable, allowing mobility managers and expat to know where they're at and what's coming next.

The Extranet platform is very successful amongst expatriates who like the checklists and PDF guides they can download for every stage of their relocation.

This extranet is in ASP, no implementation is required and no additional costs are involved to use it.

A new concept for the most complete assistance to expatriates

After 3 years experience in assisting expatriates, the Inpat team now
provides a full 6 months assistance program. To our team, relocation
does not only mean searching for an apartment, but above all to ensure
the smooth integration of the expatriate in his new life which implies
assistance before and after moving in.

Inpat gives access to a number of efficient tools to help the expatriate
through the different steps of this transition period:
- a team that is permanently available through the extranet
platform
- a forum where the expatriate can ask any question related to
the relocation process
- 12 downloadable guides (e-books)
- A real support after moving in, to make the integration
easier: advices on everyday life issues, useful contacts and addresses,
newsletter and forum.

The last testimonials we received from our expatriates confirm the
efficiency of this approach.
