In addition to her managing position, she is the commercial and marketing director. Barbara also supervises the drafting of the contents of the web site. She develops partnerships with the whole world, and especially with “complex countries” such as India, China, and recently, in Iran. In' Pat proposes courses for expatriation in complex countries which prepare the collaborator and his family to leave in the best possible conditions.

Lately, he has conceived the extranet and he makes certain of its maintenance. The extranet has been created specially for the relocation program. It allows a better coordination of all missions, a smother relationship between the in’patriates, the company’s human resources office and In’Pat’s team. He’s also in charge of creating In’Pat’s communication documents (brochures, folders, booklets, events, etc…)
