One of the major difficulties for an expatriate family is to envision themselves interacting in an environment that is often rather unknown. The issues relating to such a move, such as status change, integrating to an expatriate community, living in a different culture, etc. need to be addressed beforehand to minimize the shock experienced in the first months after their arrival
Through our series seminars tackling the various crucial topics surrounding expatriation (social relationships, family balance, status change, practical matters…), In’pat prepares the assignees and their spouses to expatriation by helping them anticipate their future life in their host country and develop a personal project for their whole time abroad.
